This recipe is one that’ll get the family singing your praises for YEARS!
This chocolate cake is high in protein, low in sugar and even topped with a vanilla protein frosting! Perfect to make for a birthday, special event or even just to treat yourself post workout!
Check out the recipe below:
1. Blended together and baked at 170 C (338 F) for 30-40 minutes; Bake them in just two of these silicone muffin moulds
2. Right before sticking the two cakes in the oven, dunk 1 square (6.5g) of 100% chocolate in each of them to form a kind of chocolate heart. When the cakes are done, take them out, let them cool, and frost them.
3. The frosting you can make by mixing another 2% pot of Greek yogurt (170g) with 1/4 (30g) cup of Micellar Casein in a bowl and then sprinkle some coco powder on top.

I have been following your site for quite a long time, but I haven’t actually made anything yet … I have to admit I’m a bit nervous about making a protein powder based dessert. Not all of them are doable for me though, as lot of your recipes include ingredients I don’t have (coconut flour, non-whey protein powders, gums etc.). Anyway, I’m commenting to tell you that I love that you added measures in grams! In my opinion it’s the best if the recipe has both volume and grams measures.
yes, keep doing the grams please!
YEP – lovin the grams!
Keep the grams! 🙂
Yes, please, grams ftw!
Grams!!! 🙂 🙂
