Low-Carb Chocolate Protein Pudding

This recipe is incredibly chocolatey, delicious and it contains a special (and perhaps a little crazy) ingredient that helps give it it’s insane macros.

Check out this recipe that mixes chocolate and cauliflower! Don’t knock it till you try it!

Lets dive in:



Ingredients:

2 cups steamed cauliflower florets
4 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional but good for extra coconess)
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1 cup chocolate whey protein powder (or casein!)
1 tablespoon milk (or more, it depends on how thick you want your pudding)
1 tablespoon Zero Syrups (optional but nice!)

Directions:

Blended together until well mushed.

  1. I tasted this when it was still warm and it was disgusting haha. Make sure you cool it first! You want to make sure that most of the cauliflower flavour is masked, so I would recommend having at least that amount of cocoa, and I added some Splenda too. In the end it was delicious!

    • Hehehe it’s actually good! you just have to use a nice tasting chocolate whey and cocoa! make sure it’s sweet enough and BOOM! cauliflower masked and a nice texture is there 😀
