Spinach Protein Patties (with Chicken, Hummus, & Tomatoes)



1.5 tablespoon pea protein
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1 cup cooked spinach
1/2 teaspoon salt


Blend it all together, panfry as patties, and you’re ready to top with whatever your heart desires (mine went for chicken, tomtoms, and organic hummus). Easy, quick, and wonderful 😀
