Put all the protein ball ingredients into a blender and blitz until it forms a dough.
Form and roll the dough into little balls. You can get up to 25 little balls from this mix.
Once rolled place into the fridge whilst you melt the drizzle ingredients (chocolate and coconut oil). You can do this by melting them together in the microwave or place in a bowl over some simmering water.
Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle over your balls, sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy.
