1/4 cup Pea Protein (or Whey Protein)
1/8 cup Coconut sugar
1/8 cup Almond milk
20 g Almond butter (or cashew butter)
4 squares of dark chocolate (unsweetened)
1. Mix all ingredients together. Consider adding extras if you want like chocolate chips, walnuts or coconut flakes.
2. To turn the cookie dough into chocolates, shape it into rectangle in a baking tray and leave them in the fridge for an hour.
3. Then, get out a sharp knife and cut the rectangles into neater rectangles by slicing the edges off. Then, cut these in half (to form squares).
4. Finally, just cover them in melted chocolate and pop back in the fridge until your desired texture.
