Protein Banana Loaf 🍌 Grab these ingredients on your way home and bake up a tasty treat to keep you on track throughout the week… if you can make it last that long that is 😍 Recipe from @laurensfitfood 😌

Carbohydrates:   26g Per Serving    Proteins: 15g Per Serving    Fats: 13g Per Serving    Calories 273 Per Serving

Ingredients:
⭐️ 200g oat flour (blend oats to make oat flour)
⭐️ 25g of @theproteinworks butterscotch ripple Whey Protein 360
⭐️ 3 small bananas (mashed)
⭐️ 2 whole eggs (or 3 egg whites, or a chia egg- 2 tbsp of chia seeds mixed with hot water)
⭐️ 20g of agave syrup (or honey/maple)
⭐️ 1tsp of baking powder
⭐️ Splash of almond milk (or any plant milk)
⭐️ 30g of raisins (can use nuts, choc chips, coconut etc)

Method:
Mix all dry ingredients together and slowly mix into the wet ingredients. Place in a lined loaf tin and cut up one extra banana to make a pretty pattern! Bake on 180 for 35 minutes or until firm to touch ✅
