This is a blueprint, an idea, a draft. It’s not a detailed recipe because I didn’t exactly measure but, in a way, it’s easy enough for that not to matter. What IS it?
Ingredients:
brown rice pudding
unsalted black beans
100% cocoa powder
whey protein
milk
Directions:
1. Believe it or not, it’s brown rice protein pudding (i.e. brown rice cooked in milk) blended with unsalted black beans, a good helping of 100% cocoa powder, whey protein powder and enough milk to make it nice and creamy.
2. The trick is to heat up the rice pudding before blending it with the rest of the ingredients so that the whole drink ends up being hot.
Yes, I know, it sounds odd BUT ah la la la! The result is this yummy chocolate drink that reminds me of Italy’s Cioccolata Calda and Guanajuato’s Cafe Tal’s Beso Negro mmmmm :-))))))
