It could be called a pancake but I think that it really should be used as a bread (an already-sliced-bread that is) because of the texture.
Ingredients:
45g quinoa flakes
15g brown rice protein
150g liquid egg whites
5g golden linseeds.
Directions:
Mix it all together, throw it on a skillet, flip it, cut it, stuff it, and eat it.
Macros per Serving (out of 1):

32.8g protein
34.7g carbos (9g fiber)
6.2g fats
It’s amazing with peanut butter or as a regular sandwich (I filled it with avocado, turkey breast, mayo, and green+red chili powder). Sky’s the limit with this one! 🙂

WOW, you are a MASTER at recipe making…these look SO GOOD!! I’ve never tried quinoa flakes but i know quinoa is high in protein which is great. Is there a specific brown rice protein you like? Thanks for the awesome recipes!!
You are seriously amazing!I need to get some quinoa flakes!
I like it! Best thing is that I have all those ingredients on hand! Though I wonder if I could slip by with unsweetened vanilla rice protein…
Wow this looks awesome!! Is linseeds like flaxseeds??
Christina – I like quinoa flakes b/c you can use them straight out of the bag without needing to cook them. I’ve been using them a lot lately in recipes I would otherwise use regular oats in. Love quinoa. As for the rice protein, I get regular unflavored brown rice concentrate from Myprotein.com, its awesome to cook with!
DD – try the unsweetened vanilla rice! im sure that’ll make some tasty bread!
April – linseeds = flaxseeds 🙂
