Vegan Chocolate And Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Bowl

Is there a better way to start the day than with a chocolate smoothie bowl?
And yes this super healthy, high protein, 5 ingredient smoothie bowl takes 5 minutes and is just what you need to get you out of bed on these dark mornings.

It’s thick, it’s creamy and it’s fresh!

You can make this one vegan or non-vegan depending on the protein you use.

Serves 2:

Carbohydrates: 22g Per Serving     Protein: 16.8g Per Serving     Fats: 10g per serving    Calories: 241 Per Serving

The recipe:

1 frozen banana broken into prices
1 scoop of TPW chocolate vegan protein
1.5 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1 tsp coco powder
300ml almond milk, depending on how thick you like the consistency, you may want to add a little more 🙂

Method:

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth top with a little granola and raspberries for the most delicious breakfast!

I also have this one as a dessert sometimes- it’s just that good!
