This shake is onyxtastic! Try this easy to make recipe to put a fancy gourmet twist on your shake..
Ingredients
1/4 cup of chocolate whey protein powder
1 tbsp black onyx cocoa powder
1 + 1/2 cup cartooned coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Blend all the above ingredients together and sprinkle with some more coconut and cinnamon. Boom: done.

274kcals
30g protein
14g carbs (out of which a whooping 7g is fibre!)
12g fat
Notes:
1. If you don’t have black onyx cocoa powder, you can use regular cocoa. Black onyx gives the shake a slightly malty and almost oreo-like taste.
