What better way to start your day than with this refreshing mint smoothie? I absolutely love smoothie bowls, they are great when your looking for a quick breakfast where you can chuck everything into a blender.

Serves 2

Carbohydrates: 21g Per serving    Protein: 13.25g Per Serving     Fats: 2.4g Per serving    Calories: 156 Per serving

All you need:

1 frozen banana,
200ml almond milk
3 tsp macha powder
Small handful of fresh mint leaves (or a few drops of natural flavouring)
1 scoop of TPW vanilla Vegan Protein
Handful of ice cubes
Blend it all together and top with coconut flakes and some chai seeds! I absolutely love this refreshing bowl of goodness!
