High Protein Caraway Tahini Bread

If you have any tahini paste lying around, you need to try this high protein caraway recipe!

It’s low in carbohydrates, high in protein and quite simply the perfect snack for any time of day!

Not only that, it’s surprisingly easy to make! Lets get into it:

 

 

Ingredients:

160 grams liquid egg whites
37 grams pea protein
17 grams Vegan Protein
10 grams coconut flour
30 grams tahini paste
Sea salt
Baking powder
Caraway seeds
Some coconut

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together minus the seeds.

2. Add the mixture to a suitable oven proof container and top with your seeds.

2. Pop in the oven for around 30 minutes at 200C – or until golden.
