4th of July Berry & Chocolate Protein Chocolates

Here, we used a combination of pea protein powder, dates, berries, and coconut to make the filling for these Berry Protein Chocolates!


3 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 vanilla pea protein or vanilla casein
1/8 coconut sugar (or granulated stevia)
3-4 medjool dates (depending on how sweet you want your filling)
1/2 almond milk
1/8 cup blueberries
1/8 cup raspberries
40g dark chocolates


In a food processor, blend all ingredients together (except for the dark chocolate).

Shape the batter into bars  and then slice them in half so you get two squares.

Melt your chocolate in a bain marie (i.e. a glass bowl on top of a pot of boiling water).

Dunk your bars into the chocolate (or just pour the chocolate on top).

Place your bars on some aluminium foil.

Leave them to set in the fridge for a couple of hours (or the freezer for 20 minutes).
