Dark Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chocolate pea protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
4 squares 86% dark chocolate
1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
1 tablespoon toffee stevia (both this and the erythritol can be subbed with dates if you want to go sweetener-free!)

Directions

1. Mix the above ingredients until you get a dough you can shape with your hands.

2. Divide this dough into four bars.

3. Melt your chocolate

4. Dip the bars into the melted chocolate (or pour it on top).

5. Leave the bars to set in the fridge for an hour or so.

6.  Devour.
