Conjugated linoleic acid otherwise known as CLA has numerous benefits on health and fitness. CLA is used by those looking to cut, achieve lean definition and lower body fat percentage. CLA supplements are an all-natural supplement derived from safflower oil, a plant that has a high linoleic acid content (a healthy polyunsaturated fatty acid).
