It was others that noticed..... body shape changing! So after about two months of taking CLA, I had a number of comments from friends and colleagues who had noticed a change in my body shape. The...eeerr...stored energy wobbly bits were receding in some places and had completly gone in others. My diet hasnt changed, but it really does seemed to have done what it promises to do.

CLA is a supplement that i tend to always include in a range of my intense fat loss and recomping based dieting phases due to its awesome effects on aiding with an improvement in my fat loss progress as well as preventing more from gaining excess fat during periods when running with a caloric surplus to make desired improvements in gaining more lean muscle mass and strength. CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid works awesome when used during my intense fat loss phases in combination with L-Carnitine to provide a noticable improvment in my fat loss progress, this is one high quality version that i feel works great when taken split throughout the day to aid with an improvement in absorption to allow for it to work more effectively. CLA works great when taken at a dose of 6 softgels per day split in the morning and afternoon for me, i recommend seperating this supplement as far away as possible from any Omega 3 Fish Oil based supplements to prevent this from interfering with the absorption of the healthy essential omega 3 fatty acids due to CLA being an omega 6 based fatty acid supplement. This product takes time to build up in the system and beging working effectively which i have found out from personal past use of a range of different forms of CLA so i really recommend using this for 6 to 8 weeks to allow for more noticable improvement in overall fat loss, this works awesome to aid with reducing stubborn fat stores which for me and many other individuals tend to be located on the lower abs, back and upper thighs and the last areas for fat to be shifted from during intense 10-12 week fat loss phases.

Combined with good diet and exercise regime its great for helping you shift a bit extra body fat. Been taken for 4 months now and have noticed a big change.
