Chocolate Proats Bowl

Delicious chocolate proats bowl, perfect for any time snacking, boosting your protein intake and curbing those sweet-tooth cravings.


Add 60g oats and 250ml unsweetened almond milk to a bowl, microwave for 2 mins. Stir, then add 50g liquid egg whites, a scoop of @theproteinworks chocolate silk whey protein 360 and 1tsp cacao powder. Microwave for another 1-2 minutes until thick and cakey.


Today are some Rawtella (raw Nutella, absolutely banging) from @theproteinworks, a mini hazelnut choc, chocolate hazelnuts and some cacao nibs.
