‘Butter’ Protein Cinnamon Pudding

This recipe uses the same batter from this recipe. All it does is use it in a ramekin (well maybe 3/4 since I ate a bunch out of the bowl, he he). Topped it with walnuts and in the oven it went on a lower heat. Result? A yummy pudding that makes me wish I had busted out some carrot cake ice-cream on top (next time). Wooooopaaa to new combinations!

52g protein
45g carbs (11g fiber)
4g fat

(If you wanted to just make cookies, I think a good dozen would come out with which you could assemble 6 cookie nut sandwiches)
