Hi, I'm trying to get into a new diet routine as I get home after 7pm and by the time I get the little one down for bed, it's to late for a meal. So I have started to use the diet meal replacement (white chocolate blondie), I made a simple recipe for myself that takes me less than 5 minster to make and I can drink it while I'm getting my little on ready.
1 chopped banana
1-2 tbls cashew butter luxe (honey roast flavour)
a few dropsdrops of vanilla extract
1 grey scoop of diet meal replacement
300ml of milk (you can use normal milk or your choice of nut milk)
This is so nice sometimes I make extra and put some in the fridge for breakfast. I'll have it with some fruit on the side. Weekend I'm going to try it with the protein works peanut butter.
