Hot hot hot water
32 grams scoop casein (I recommend vanilla but banana would be really good too)
1 tablespoon almond butter
Mix it all together and let congeal in the fridge for a few hours.
Macros per Serving (out of 1):
6.5g carbs (1g sugars/0.6g fiber)
9g fat (1g saturated)
You can add more nuts in there or cinnamon or orange zest or lemon zest of mmm anything you fancy. It’s almost absurdly easy and so so good!
