This is the cake that I married off to the raw chocolate protein cake a couple of days ago 😀 This bad boy here was great. It may not LOOK like much, but it was one hell of a cake bread. The perfect (in my opinion) accompaniment to coffee, tea, or, if you’re whack like me, a tea latte.
Mix everything together and bake for about 25 minutes.
Macros per serving (out of 8):
3.6g fat (0.3g saturated)
6.2g carbs (1.3g fiber)
I had it with almond butter on top and proceeded to dip it into coffee and later into a couple of tea lattes, booom! The nut butter made it crunchy and the yahnoo gave it a really nice malt-ish undercurrent which: oy: 😀 It yields 8 slices.
