Take a rain check and get yourself pumped full of feel-good hormones and burning some serious calories from the comfort of your own home or venture outdoors in your garden or local park! Our incredible HITT home workout delivers maximum calorie burn in minimum time – up to a whopping 500 calories calories in only 30 minutes! Woah. 

Towel and bottle of water at the ready? It’s going to be a sweaty one! 

Circuit:

5 rounds of 5 moves with rest only when you need it – we told you it was intense!

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds, then go straight into the next exercise (with no rest) until you have completed the circuit! Repeat the circuit 5 times in total.

Take 1-2 minutes rest in between each circuit – but only take as much as you need to ensure maximum calorie burn!

Be sure to stay hydrated throughout and remember to breathe!

Start with some gentle stretches and have a bottle of water to hand – you’re going to need it! Ready? Lets go!

  1. Plank push ups x 60 seconds
  2. Mountain climbers x 60 seconds
  3. Explosive ice skaters x 60 seconds 
  4. Jump squats x 60 seconds
  5. Alternating curtsy lunges x 60 seconds

Repeat the above circuit 5x in total.

Smashed it!

You can perform this circuit anywhere, indoors or outdoors, you just need enough room to explosively jump from side to side during the ice skaters. Perfect for getting in a speedy, sweaty session if you’re travelling or in a hotel without a gym… or whenever you’d just rather swerve the gym – we all have those days!

Lacking motivation? Rope in a friend, partner or family member, stick on some high-energy music and push each other through this circuit – I guarantee you’ll feel amazing afterwards (ok, perhaps give it a minute or two to recover), with your motivation restored! You’ve got this!
