Super easy-to-make, even easier to tuck into!
1. Mix all ingredients together (except for the chocolate) in a bowl until you get a soft cookie-dough-like consistency.
2. Roll into 8-12 truffles (depending on how small you want them).
3. Melt your dark chocolate and dunk your truffles in there, coating with 10g freeze-fried raspberries.
4. Refrigerate for an hour.
