RASPBERRY COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN TRUFFLES

The perfect protein-packed treat for you, or your loved one.

Super easy-to-make, even easier to tuck into!

Ingredients Needed:

53g crunchy (or smooth) peanut butter
24g vanilla Vegan Wondershake (or Vanilla Vegan Protein Extreme)
30g white chocolate Protein Spread
35ml almond milk
17g coconut sugar

Coating
40g dark chocolate
10g freeze-dried raspberries

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together (except for the chocolate) in a bowl until you get a soft cookie-dough-like consistency.
2. Roll into 8-12 truffles (depending on how small you want them).
3. Melt your dark chocolate and dunk your truffles in there, coating with 10g freeze-fried raspberries.
4. Refrigerate for an hour.
