Peanut Protein Oat Bar Recipe

Peanut Protein Oat Bar Recipe

Ingredients

For the Bars:

1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup almond flour
1 scoop double chocolate Vegan Wondershake
1/2 cup peanut butter
2-3 tbsp melted coconut oil (depending on the consistency on your peanut butter)
1/4 cup maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of salt

For the Topping:

1/3 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
to sprinkle: crushed peanuts

Directions

For the Bars:

1. For the bars, mix all ingredients together.

2. Press the mixture into a lined loaf pan.

3. Bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.

4. Let cool FULLY before slicing into bars (or they will crack)

5. Place in the fridge to set.

For the Topping:

1. For the toppings, microwave chocolate chips with coconut oil.

2. Dip the bars into the chocolate or drizzle the chocolate on.

3. Transfer to parchment paper and immediately sprinkle on peanuts!
