Chia Seed Pudding Recipes

Whether you are always in a morning rush and need something on the go, a healthy dessert fanatic or just enjoy
a delicious breakfast, these Chia Seed Puddings are perfect for you!

BANANA & HONEY

This recipe is super easy, take 3/4 of your banana and blend with the milk. Pour the mixture into a cup, add Chia Seeds and mix. Place in the fridge overnight then add honey, stir then add chopped bananas on top – Enjoy!

+ 1 banana

+ 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

+ 100ml milk

+ 2 teaspoons honey

 

RASPBERRY

For this combination, blend all of your ingredients, except from the seeds, in a blender. Pour into a glass and mix in the Chia Seeds. Leave in the fridge overnight. Done! You can even add extra raspberries on top like we did.

+ Hand full of raspberries

+ 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

+ 100ml milk

+ 1 teaspoon Golden Syrup Zero Syrups™

CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER

Everyone’s favourite combo, peanut butter and chocolate! For this mixture, blend all of the ingredients together, leaving the seeds. Pour in to a glass, add the Chia Seeds and leave in the fridge overnight. For some extra flavour, we added some coconut and choc chips on top.

+ 1 tablespoon smooth Peanut Butter

+ 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds

+ 100ml milk

+ 1/2 Chocolate Silk Whey Protein 80

+ 1 teaspoon of Zero calorie Syrup
