In this post, we’d like to introduce you to three delicious mocktail recipes that aren’t just alcohol-free, they’re also low in sugar and high in protein. Mix them for a cozy night in or, if you’re feeling generous, whip up a big batch for your next party!
Strawberry Mojito, Tall Slim Jim
Ingredients
6-7 strawberries, stems removed
8 large mint leaves, – if they are on the small size add12 mint leaves
Make up the diet whey as per the packet instructions
Add strawberries and mint leaves to a glass. Using a muddle (or a wooden spoon), muddle the strawberries and mint leaves. You’re basically crushing then strawberries and mint leaves to extract the juices. Be careful as you don’t want to tear the mint leaves to pieces. add some ice to the glass. Then add the whey protein.
Add the lime juice and Lemonade to the glass. Stir.
Garnish with extra mint and lime slices. Serve immediately.
