I have been using CLA powder along with this powder and I have seen fantastic results. I have really lowered my body fat. It gave my body that extra push it needed to shred the extra could of pounds of fat; I was "skinny fat" before, but since using this product, in conjunction with TPW's 100% Advanced Whey, I have been able to build lean muscle.
