An Essential
I have been training 2hrs for 6 days over 7 for the last 6 months - decided to give this a go as I was struggling after weights workout, I have been using this for less than 4 weeks and have noticed the diffrence after a workout. I would recommend this to anyone and wish I had found it when I started my training!!

The chocolate silk is great with 400ml really cold soya milk and 200ml water post-workout. Not too sweet/artificial tasting. Another highly recommended product from TPW!

In recent months I have started to workout on a serious note and wanted to find a recovery protein which worked. I tried shakes from both MyProtein and Protein world, but none compared to the results I have seen while using this shake from the TheProteinWorks. The shake has definitely helped increase my muscle mass and helps me fully recover from intense workouts (which the others faileld to do!), the results over the past few months have been absolutely incredible. If like me you are a beginner in the journey to get fit I highly recommend this recovery protein!

First protein i've tried from TPW and am really impressed, the taste is way better than other rubbish i've tired!! the recovery was noticeably better after the first try....
