Choc Chip Superfood Muffins

Choc chips, Superfood Nut Butter and sweet Golden Syrup, what's more to love? These indulgent, chocolatey muffins are macro-friendly and totally delicious. Why not try making them with our brand new indulgent nut butter too?!

 

Ingredients

 

1/2 cup Superfood Nut Butter (or any nut butter)

1 medium banana

1 large egg

80g Zero Syrups (Golden Syrup)

40g rolled oats

2 tbsp flaxseed

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup dark choc chips

1 scoop Whey Protein 80 (Vanilla)

 

How To Make

 

1. Preheat your over to 190 degrees. Line a muffin pan.

2. Blend all ingredients until creamy (except the choc chips). Once mixed, fold in chips.

3. Pour mixture into the muffin pan, half way up on each hole.

4. Bake for 12 mins. Done!
