I was in the market for a high serving count protein and stumbled across protein works. I didn’t expect much as I had previously never heard of this brand in my 3 years of lifting and supplementing. Quite literally after tasting it my mind was blown, I ordered 5KG(200 servings) of the chocolate silk flavour and all I will say is this is the absolute best purchase ive done in 3 years. I will definitely be ordering again and closing my doors for any other brand and devote all my supplement purchases to this brand. Tastes amazing, mixes smoothly, works perfectly in recipes, cheap prices, it’s a very good protein in terms of nutrients too. Had a broken bag, wrote an email, response and replacement within two days, delivery covered too! Pros: Gets super thick when blended with liquid Taste is good, quite sweet but still tastes natural Goes great with frozen berries or bananas or both Cons: Due to thickness, it loses some versatility as it has a dry / powdery texture when stirred into yogurt or porridge, can be somewhat managed by adding more liquid. I haven't found any recipes that work well with this other than shakes and smoothie bowls (which are still absolutely delicious) Favourite combo: 2 large scoops, 200ml milk, 100g frozen fruits - I normally use a forest fruits mix, but freezing overripe bananas is a game changer for these.
