  1. Salted caramel is much better than the chocolate

    Rating
I really wanted to like this shake as it had so many health benefits and was advertised as being designed specifically for women. Neither flavour appealed to me but I was drawn in by the purported health benefits. I am going to start with the positives. I'm 55 and in the early stages of peri-menopause with insomnia, brain fog, constant injuries, bloating, belly fat for the first time and generalised aches and pains. Each shake contains 20g of protein. It is vegan which I am sure a lot of people will like. Unlike the whey proteins it contains flaxseed, Peruvian maca root (does not state whether this is the yellow, red or black roots), Siberian ginseng, Bifidobacterium for gut health all of which are over the Nutrition Reference Value (%NRV). there are a decent amount of vitamins. It is only 113 calories per serving if you mix with water. It makes me feel more energised, less bloated, better mental focus and stronger on strength training as I have made gains and am not getting injured. It makes you feel full and I can use it as a meal replacement. I did not find this was grainy as I blended mine with a Ninja bullet. You can also add a banana, goji berries, chia seeds, blueberries and solar to this shake. Now for the negatives: it delivers less protein than the whey protein powders (20g compared to 23g). I am not a big fan of salted caramel but this is more vanilla in taste, with a subtle caramel, and the salted part is undetectable. I know I'm one of the minority who cannot stand chocolate milkshakes and would avoid salted caramel. If you like these flavours you will love these shakes as other reviewers for this product have raved about the flavours. I may be odd for not liking these flavours but the powder only comes in chocolate and salted caramel, my least favourite flavours and it would have been nice to have the choice of vanilla, strawberries and cream or banana. This costs way more per portion than the whey protein powders and comes in a smaller size (£1.47 per portion if you buy the the largest 1.8kg compared to £0.92 per portion if you buy the PW Whey Protein 360 Platinum largest size of 4.8kg). As I have said in my review of the chocolate flavour, it always feels to me that companies rip women off as they know men won't pay this. Overall, given I did well on the whey protein, I'm going back to PW Whey 360 Platinum as I have purchased the missing ingredients listed above and am mixing them into my shake at a total cost of £1.01 per shake (and now have the addition of chia and goji berries for that price and also red and black maca roots). I may go back to this if they launch it in vanilla, banana or strawberries and cream and when it is on offer.
  2. Love the health benefits but sadly not the chocolate flavour

I absolutely hate the chocolate flavour and must be one of the minority who cannot stand chocolate milkshakes. This powder only comes in chocolate and salted caramel, my least favourite flavours, so I had to repeat the mantra " this is fuel for my body". I have had to add a banana, papaya or blueberries just to take off the overly sickly sweet chocolate flavour. If you love chocolate milkshake then this is the shake for you. This costs way more per portion than the whey protein powders and comes in a smaller size (£1.47 per portion if you buy the the largest 1.8kg compared to £0.92 per portion if you buy the PW Whey Protein 360 Platinum largest size of 4.8kg). 3. Delicious “Power” Shake

    Rating
Finally found a PS that doesn’t bloat and sits well. Add some plant based milk & frozen blueberry’s straight into the mini blender and bingo breakfast on the go and yes it does keep you full for longer with all additional benefits. As another mentioned a little grainy but I like the texture as it actually tastes like food rather than a watered down milk shake. Busy mum on the go between family, work and training. Highly recommend.
  4. Chocolate silk

    Rating
Will always go back to this as it is fortified with all the right ingredients that support women throughout the entire cycle. I have made ice cream bowls, brownies, pancakes, and shakes with it and it keeps me feeling energised, full, and satiated. Chocolate silk is nice even on its own with some ice. It’s a must for all women to get enough protein- even if it’s just for maintenance!
  5. Great Flavour/ Nasty Taste

    Rating
I bought the Sune in Chocolate Flavour as I love the chocolate based extreme diet shakes. I’ve had just one Sune & really don’t like it! I hate sweetener of any form, I am sensitive to the taste & this is really not nice. Very overpowering taste of sweetener. I have a virtually untouched packet going to waste.
