Add 5 heaped scoops of Total Mass Matrix Extreme to your Protein Works shaker. Add to 600-700ml of water or milk. Shake well and drink. 

Tip: Use a blender for a smoother shake. The less liquid you use the thicker and stronger tasting your shake will be, so adjust to suit your own taste

Add to 150-200ml of chilled water to your Protein Works shaker. Shake well for 10 seconds and drink! We recommend taking 1-2 times daily.

Add 4 black scoops (12g) of Raze Extreme to your Protein Works shaker. Add to 350ml of chilled water. Shake well for 10 seconds. Consume 30 mins before you need it.
