40 Shake Protein Plus Pack

Bought this for my husband he loves the taste

After years of protein shakes from cheap to expensive I have to say that this stuff is the best. Had the Chocolate Bueno flavour which for my sweet tooth you can't go wrong. Not overly sweet, so you won't get sick of it thankfully but enough to hit the craving. Great protein content as you'd expect but best part.... It mixes so well. Smooth and tasty so you aren't drinking pond water but you also don't have to chew it. Also got the vanilla for protein flapjacks and went great in there too.

I'm very skeptical when it comes to hacks and health tips, but having used Creatine with great effect a decade ago I thought I'd give it a try at 50. The changes after the first week were palpable, with better focus and energy, and increased muscle tone and performance. All measured and felt via various means. If you're on the fence give it a try (consistently) I don't think you'll be disappointed!

I wanted to try some new brands for my protein shakes as the brand Ive always used are getting really pricey. I ordered the salted caramel bandit and the speculoos biscuit heaven. The biscuit one is lovely, would definitely recommend it. However, the salted caramel one is awful, I couldn't even get through my shake and had to chuck it. It's soo salty and not very sweet. Not sure if I just got a dodgy batch or if this is the flavour they were going for but I definitely won't be reordering that flavour.
