I personally feel these are helping me digest food and bowel movements regular, but you do have to swallow alot of these & if you find it hard to swallow they start hurting your throat!!You won't be disappointed!
I was reluctant to buy these but I am so glad I did! Before buying these, I managed to lose 11kg through diet and exercise over 5 months. I then started to plateu and couldn't get below 71kg. I still consider myself a newbie to these tablets, only started on the 5th of January. They honestly did not disappoint. Very good for burning any unwanted fat which I have been struggling for a while. I take them along with the Thermapro tablets in the morning, and I am starting to look and feel different. No doubt the gym, and running plays a big part, but it's nice to have that extra boost, and gives me hope in achieving my weight goal.
