I have been taking this for over 6 months now, and you can sure as hell tell the difference during a workout compared to when you haven't taken it. More energy and can continue working out for longer. Avoid taking it in later afternoon / evening if possible. I find this much better than pre-workout powders.What a boost!!!!!
I will admit I was very sceptical about this at first. Before I had this I was using ON Standered pre-workout which is great. However, this stuff is even better, I took 2 around 20mins to 30mins before a workout, and my god it gave me such a kick, but it felt so much like a huge natural energy boost unlike what pre-workout gives you. Once I have finished my first bottle, I will absolutely by again!! Well done protein works!!Great start
