When Should I Take Performance Caffeine?

I train at 5am so getting the motivation is tough at times. Half way through my sessions this past month I have been finding myself fatigued and just not into it as much as I should.
Ordered these bad boys, arrived the following day and took my first one this morning half an hour before my session.
By the time I arrived at the gym I felt like a caged animal ready to rip it up, genuinely no joke I was raring to go. Put in a great workout and although tired at the end as I should be I didn't feel fatigued or run down.
I take medication for anxiety related illness so was scared how it would affect that but honestly I feel great.
