The main difference is how you want to use them. Diet Meals are designed as calorie-controlled meal replacements, making them particularly suited to weight-management goals. Complete Meals provide a fuller, balanced meal designed for convenient everyday nutrition.

If you previously used abnormal as a convenient, nutritionally complete breakfast or lunch, our Complete Meal 360 range is a natural place to start. If calorie control or weight management is your priority, our Diet Meal 360 range may be more suitable.

They represent different levels of formulation across our range. BLACK focuses on the essentials, GOLD adds more advanced nutrition and functionality, while PLATINUM represents our most advanced formulations. This means you can choose the option that best matches your needs and routine.
