After being on a recent health kick and losing some weight (14kgs so far!) I can say this product (Ultimate Breakfast Shake in Chocolate Muffin flavour) has played a big part in that. One of my goals was to get rid of my daily can of energy drink habit. I knew it wasn't good for me, but if I didn't have a can in the morning I had headaches and struggled to function. I dont like the taste of tea or coffee so that wasn't an option for me. Then entered Protein Works Breakfast shake into my life. With that little bit of caffine in the recipe (not much, a bit more than a can of cola, but less than a can of energy drink) it was enough for me to get my caffine fix in a much healthier way. It tastes lovely with just water but I usually do half unsweetened almond milk and half chilled water. Its absolutely delicious, fills me up and sets me up for the day. Plus I've lost weight. 100% 5 Stars, totally recommend this product!Easy protein & fibre
I whizz this in a blender with semi-skimmed milk and a handful of ice to make it really thick - the coldness cuts through the sweetness a bit. Be prepared for a little oaty grit at the bottom of your cup! Chocolate Muffin tastes great, like a normal thick shake but I found the banana cake flavour overpoweringly sweet.New to shakes
I’ve never had any form of meal replacement shake/protein shake before so didn’t know what to expect. I got the banana and vanilla flavours and I’m pleasantly surprised, they are sweet, I’m not totally against that but may not be to everyone’s taste. I mixed with half oat milk and half water and it produces a lovely creamy finish with a nice smooth texture. Perfect for a really quick breakfast and also for calorie control. Also didn’t feel the need to snack at all between this and lunch! Will certainly be ordering again, interested to try the other flavours.These diet protein breakfast shakes are excellent
I have recently purchased a bag of apple cinnamon swirl and banana cake and oh my god they are absolutely delicious. I can’t recommend these highly enough. Totally deserving of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Will definitely be back to purchase more when I’m running low you can count on it. Love the fact it tastes just like how you imagine it should and the fact it’s low sugar, being a type 1 diabetic, I absolutely love these shakes. Thanks protein works!Great product
