I'm currently doing 2 shakes a day followed by a healthy meal for dinner. 2 capsules before each shake has been a game changer not only for killing hunger and keeping me full, but also for completely cleaning out my gut. As a result, my energy levels are high and I feel light as a feather! I highly recommend this supplement. Just be sure to drink plenty of water with the capsules as glucomannan absorbs a lot of fluid. Day 4 of taking these and to be honest i didn't have much hope, I'm a serial snacker. Snacks are my life nothing or noone could stop me snacking but after 3 kids and my fair share of snacks I knew I had to do something.
