Day 4 of taking these and to be honest i didn't have much hope, I'm a serial snacker. I’ve read about this sort of thing before and have always been sceptical. I read the reviews and even know there was only a few, they all gave 5 stars. With a summer sale, I ordered a months worth and decided I had nothing much to lose. I think I’m on my third day and I haven’t snacked or overeaten anything at all. I take medication and overeating is a huge side effect which has made me put on weight so for these to stop that is amazing!Does exactly what is says it will do
