This product is great. Has really helped with weightless but also feeling much better generally. Less fatigue and feel much brighter. My go to flavours are white chocolate Bueno, strawberry and creme and millionaore shortbread. I would highly recommendTasty shakes helps with weight loss
I have 2 of these shakes per day. One for breakfast and one for lunch. Mixing with water.(personal choice) Favourite flavour is Strawberries and cream. They really do work and take my hunger cravings away.I have been using these shakes for 6 months and have lost over two stone. Would definately recommend.New to this……
What a pleasant surprise this has been. Got the two week starter pack and only tried strawberry n cream so far. I make mine with milk, lovely and smooth, no clumps of powder if shaken well and tasty. Satisfies hunger. Will be continuing with these.Chocolate millionaires shortcake is like heaven
I've tried quite a few flavours. Chocolate silk and strawberries and cream being a staple. But I thought I'd treat myself to the chocolate millionaires shortcake. And let me tell you, it is heaven. Absolutely does not taste like youre having a shake. I think to use either coconut or almond milk. Shake it up and leave in the fridge for an hour at least. Feels like I'm having a milkshake without the guilt. Protein works are by far the best tasting protein/meal replacement shakes out there. Easy to make, easy to drink. I have no downsides.Very nice tasting shakes . I'm having 2 a day . 2 weeks in have lost over a stone already . I'm eating sensibly in the evening . But still a nice size portion . Keep up the great work and variety . Might I suggest chocolate coconut !!!
