|HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY||
If you choose premium delivery with DPD, you will be charged one price for delivery in mainland UK, any day Monday to Friday. Deliveries will be made between 9.00am and 5.00pm.
If you choose delivery with UK MAIL, you will be charged one price for everywhere in Great Britain and Northern Ireland and for any day Monday to Friday. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland will take an extra day to reach you.
If your order is small enough then your delivery options will default to Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class and we will post your order right through your letter box, no need to wait in for it. And no need to sign for it
Orders under £10.00 are subject to a £1.00 delivery surcharge

|WHO DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY||
We partner with DPD, UK MAIL and Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. DPD provide our premium service with some extra features such as text message alerts, 1 hour delivery window and 15 minute tracking. DPD is a multi-award winning, time critical delivery service with an extensive UK network and an unrivalled service to Europe.
UK MAIL is the UK's largest independent postal service with a network of 50 sites and 3500 vehicles to offer customers secure delivery options for parcels. A dynamic and forward thinking company, UK Mail is committed to pushing the boundaries of the postal and express parcel delivery markets and continues to launch a range of innovative delivery solutions.
European Deliveries are made via DPD.
|WHAT DELIVERY SERVICES DO YOU OFFER||
Our standard delivery service is Next Day, so as long as you place your order before the 5pm cut-off and chose the next day delivery option, then your order will be despatched that same day and delivered the following day. In the unlikely event that we miss this because, as an example, we have been swamped with thousands of orders then, firstly, we would like to thank you all for trusting us with your nutrition requirements and secondly, we will gladly refund you your Next Day delivery charge and simply charge you the 72 hour delivery charge.
If you don’t need your order that quickly then you can opt for our 72 hour delivery service at a lower cost. These orders will generally be delivered in 48-72 hours.
CREATE YOUR OWN orders take slightly longer to despatch as they are prepared to order and mixed by hand to ensure you receive the Freshest, Purest and most Personal service we can offer. These orders will be despatched within 48 hours of being placed.
Even if you place your order after 4pm, we will endeavour to despatch it that same day, although we are unable to guarantee this.
Next Day Delivery unfortunately only applies to UK mainland. The highlands, bylands and Northern Ireland will take 48 hours to deliver
|WHEN DO YOU DELIVER||We realise how important your order is to you and it is just as important to us. This is one of the main reasons why we chose to partner with DPD and UK MAIL as our carriers of choice. DPD offer a premium delivery service with deliveries from 9.00am to 5.00pm from Monday through to Friday, with text message alerts. DPD also offer a Saturday service at an additional charge. UK MAIL also offer 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday deliveries but offer the benefit of an economy priced service with premium level security and tracking services.|
|IS MY ORDER ON ITS WAY TO ME?||You wil receive email confirmation from TPW that your order has been despatched, You will then be able to track your delivery until it reaches your door.|
|MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET?||
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:
Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking. You can find your tracking number on the confirmation email you will have received from UK MAIL. Simply go to UK MAIL or dpd and enter your tracking number and postcode.
Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. Go to myaccount
Checking if you have an attempted delivery card or email from our carriers. If for any reason you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the driver will leave you a card with their number on it, so you can call them directly to re arrange.
If you still can't find your parcel, please email us at Contact Us quoting your order number or call Customer Services Team on 0845 467 2411 and choose option 2 and we will be delighted to help you find your order.
In the unlikely event that your order cannot be found, we will immediately arrange a replacement or refund for you.
|WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER||All TPW deliveries require a signature; this is to protect both you and us by ensuring your order can be tracked at all times. If you have friendly neighbours, you can, at the point of placing your order, enter further delivery instructions such as “leave with number xx” and these instructions will be forwarded onto the driver. And as we have said, if you miss your delivery you can always speak directly to the driver to arrange a re delivery time that suits you, between 7.30am and 9.00pm Monday to Saturday|
|I WAS NOT IN WHEN YOU TRIED TO DELIVER||No problem. The driver should have left their calling card with a contact number. Simply give them a ring and they will be more than happy to re arrange the delivery|
|CAN I AMEND MY DELIVERY DETAILS||If you need to change your delivery address then as long as it has not yet been collected by our carrier we will be able to amend it for you. Simply call our Customer Services Team on 0845 467 2411 and choose option 2 and we will be very happy to change it for you. Please do not email as our warehouse as your order may have already been picked, packed and gone before you email arrives.|

We do deliver to mainland Europe via DPD Classic. Charges are as follows
