To be fair, I was really sceptical of these type of diet shakes. But after my first diet shake my fears of a bland drink had gone, and to be honest they are all really tasty, infact my granddaugther had one and loved it. I have to say after having 2 shakes a day and one meal is really working for me and I've managed to lose 20lbs in about a month. I'm now on my third order of the diet shakes. I have also found that if you over induldge on a long weekend, or maybe after your holidays a few days on the shakes will soon sort that out. What more could I ask for at about £1 a meal. Just makes sure you bottle some cold tap water in the fridge, I love it made that way
