I needed to finally get rid of some weight that has been troublesome for a while and to change my diet. I’d signed up with a slimming club online but quickly lost motivation when the weight loss was so slow and because of the amount of carbs allowed, I felt it wasn’t actually helping me change my eating habits. I’m pretty active but crave sugar treats and carbs allowed the time which I felt was stalling any progress. I decided to do the fast 800 + TRE with shakes as some meal replacements and ordered the One Month Weight Loss Pack from protein works and also some zero sugar electrolytes just because in the past, the fatigue usually got the better of me changing from carb fuel to protein. I began with two shakes a day for two weeks then reduced it down to one at the beginning of the day. I only eat between 9am and 18pm and drink loads of water with Diet Coke in the evening. This is my 5th week and I’ve dropped 19lb. Start weight was 12st 9 and I’m a woman in her 60’s of 5ft 8. I will of course increase my calories once I’m where I want to be but I haven’t felt deprived and my energy levels have improved significantly. I mix the morning shake with no sugar almond milk and they are beautifully thick and absolutely delicious. Most importantly, they filled me until the evening meal and I’ve had no urge to snack. I did order the hunger killer supplements but I haven’t needed them. I’m seriously impressed with the customer care, products.. which was the diet classic, banana, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate to begin with and have just ordered the platinum diet 360’s for the higher protein and lower sugar. At last I’ve found something that’s actually quite enjoyable to control my weight and taste really good. Good luck to anyone starting their journey to improving their health. I’m a brand new user , after looking through various options I decided on protein works , I’ve been using just under 10 days now and to be honest it hasn’t felt like I’ve substituted anything out of my day to day eating , the flavours are immense -not what I was expecting , they really fill you up. Juts a cracking product , great team behind them even had a courtesy call a few days after ordering which I think is a lovely touch on building your customer base !Would highly recommend
Have purchased quite a few of these now to assist in dropping a bit of weight and coupled with the Savoury Super Meals are fantastic. All flavours I've tried have been nice althogh I do find making it the night before and leaving it in the fridge the best way to get a nice, thick liquid. I generally have 1 or 2 shakes a day and a serving of a Savoury Super Meal with chicken/salmon etc added for extra protein and have lost nearly half a stone in just over 2 weeks. At no time have the shakes left me hungry or wanting more. Absolutely brilliant product and something I'll continue to use.Tasty!
I've tried many diet shakes over time and these are by far the tastiest! I've yet to try a flavour I dont like, and they actually keep me feeling full through the day which really surprised me! Definitely recommended!!Amazing flavour
I've been using the Diet Meal Replacement shakes for 3 months, having 2 per day. I expected to be sick of them within a month, or to not feel full and want to snack. I can honestly say I really enjoy these shakes. 3 months, 1.5st loss (shakes and gym), and I'm really feeling the benefits. I make them with water, and I was worried that they wouldn't be good - but they taste great. Chocolate Millionaire Shortbread is my favourite, closely followed by Strawberries n Cream and Chocolate Silk. I did find pretty quickly that I'm allergic to Banana Bash though, so I've had to cut that one out, even though it also tastes great! I'm planning on using these for a good while yet to get to where I want to be, and then to help me maintain when I get there! Keep up the great work!!
