As a 52year old lady currently on crutches, in need of a hip replacement and needing to lose weight... I was cynical about the possibility of losing much fast as unable to do much exercise. However, I decided to try these protein shakes after trying a couple of other brands... I have tried most Protein Works flavours now and I think they are all delicious! They have a thickish consistency but not gloopy. It feels like you've eaten a meal rather than just drinking a shake. I have felt fuller for longer compared to other brands. Finally a diet meal replacement that actually tastes great and keeps me feeling full. I no longer snack in between meals and actually look forward to my breakfast and lunch shakes. My all-time favourite flavour was chocolate digestive, it was amazing, along with salted caramel luxe but both flavours have been discontinued sadly. Chocolate mint and Bueno are my current choices however, both are really good.

I've tried a lot of protein powders over the years, and this is one of the best-tasting I've had. The Salted Caramel flavour is genuinely delicious without being overly sweet or artificial, and it mixes smoothly with milk with no lumps. The nutritional profile is excellent, with 24 g of protein per serving and relatively low fat and carbs. I've been using it as part of my evening routine after training and it's become something I actually look forward to drinking. It's not the cheapest whey on the market, so I'd recommend waiting for one of Protein Works' regular promotions, but at the sale price I think it's great value. I'll definitely be buying it again.
