I’m a brand new user , after looking through various options I decided on protein works , I’ve been using just under 10 days now and to be honest it hasn’t felt like I’ve substituted anything out of my day to day eating , the flavours are immense -not what I was expecting , they really fill you up. Juts a cracking product , great team behind them even had a courtesy call a few days after ordering which I think is a lovely touch on building your customer base !Great addition to the shakes
Started off with just the shakes then decided to try the Savoury Super Meals. Having tried all the flavours now the only one which I think is at odds with the rest of the line up is the Mexican Chilli. The flavour is just fine but the texture compared to all other flavours seems a bit odd. Still rated 5 stars though and have to say the Mushroom Risotto is lovelyWould highly recommend
Have purchased quite a few of these now to assist in dropping a bit of weight and coupled with the Savoury Super Meals are fantastic. All flavours I've tried have been nice althogh I do find making it the night before and leaving it in the fridge the best way to get a nice, thick liquid. I generally have 1 or 2 shakes a day and a serving of a Savoury Super Meal with chicken/salmon etc added for extra protein and have lost nearly half a stone in just over 2 weeks. At no time have the shakes left me hungry or wanting more. Absolutely brilliant product and something I'll continue to use.Tasty!
I've tried many diet shakes over time and these are by far the tastiest! I've yet to try a flavour I dont like, and they actually keep me feeling full through the day which really surprised me! Definitely recommended!!Great tasting for a dehydrated meal
