I started off on the DM360 Black label and moved to the Gold label. I have been using the DM360 Shakes for these past 3 months and it has been a game changer for me. These are the only protein shakes that are not only delicious, even using water only, still creamy, plus I haven't had any gastro issues at all. Unlike other protein shakes. I have been using these shakes for a while now on and off but since being told I had to loose weight for health reasons, I have had one Gold shake each morning and followe a healthy eating plan. The shakes are thick and creamy ( I use soya milk and blend ) and keep me full until lunch. I have lost over a stone now and my husband has also started having them.Great product!
I have been trying the Banana flavoured smoothie as well as the Vanilla crème and they are both delicious! Very good quality product, that keeps you full. I have used them mostly when I work 12h night shifts which has been a healthy meal replacement. I highly recommend.Amazing
Bought the Meal 360 - Gold package that came with 4 flavours of my choosing. All flavours where delicious and even using skimmed milk the shake was thick and creamy. Lovely taste and it has filled me up until dinner time no problem. Highly recommendAWESOME TASTY SHAKE TO AID WEIGHT LOSS
