Great taste
I have been using this for the last month now as part of a weight loss plan with an increase in exercise. I dont usually have breakfast and struggle to get my protein in everyday. With these for breakfast and lunch, I now easily hit my daily protein goal without feeling hungry throughout the day. I have had protein in the past and tasted very grainy and found it very hard to drink with milk or water. With these I just use water and tastes like a milkshake. I started using 500ml of water off another customer recommendation but i prefer it a little thicker and use 400ml of water. I started with 4 different flavours to see which I liked the most then bought 4kg of my 2 favourite, which for me personally was chocolate Bueno and Strawberry. The other flavours tried were the same consistency but I just preferred the other flavours more. Seeing the weight I have lost already the wife is now on this as well so will be buying more shortly. It tastes very nice. It is very filling, suitable for maintaining calories deficit because I did not have to eat much after consuming it. Since I started consuming it few days ago, it has been easy for me to maintain calories deficit needed for fat loss. Also very easy and quick to prepare.Filling and tasty
Lovely, I find the savoury meals tasty and filling. I have bought the Thai Red Curry and the Chinese Fried Rice this month for my first go with these and I find them tasty and satisfying. I must admit that the texture takes a little getting used to however these are rehydrated so that is always going to be an issue, you buy what you buy aware of what it is, use the right measurements, the provided bowl helps the process for steaming the food. All in all, no complaints, I will continue this diet for my weight loss programme and then transition to a higher calory diet still with Protein works as it suits my lifestyle and my wallet! Next month I will try some of the other flavours.Fantastic Product
I have used various supplements over the years to support training needs and can confidently say that this product is exemplary if you want to cut weight safely without compromising your nutritional intake. The shakes taste great and have a really fulfilling consistency. Highly recommended.Amazing
I've been a staunch low carber for years when needed, but tbh got fed up of it. I decided to try shakes, read reviews, these stood out to me so I bought a couple to try. Im totally converted, ive lost 5lb in about 2 weeks so far, they're super easy to make, I use 300ml of milk, I like mine thicker. Chocolate Bueno is my absolute favourite, it's more like a treat than a diet. I have 2 a day, one about 11am then another around 5pm and I'm done for the day. No extra food wanted, not hungry and don't feel I'm going without anything. Its an absolute game changer for me. Quick,tastes fab and lose weight. Brilliant.
