Guilty Pleasure
Without a doubt my guilty pleasure is the salted caramel loaded legends. Although it's not guilty as I have one in my bag as a snack when I need a protein hit on the go. I also love to put them in the microwave, trust me it's a game changer.
Morning To Go
I'm loving baked oats atm, I have these every day and tbh, I'd eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner if I could. I add French vanilla protein powder (it tastes like a giant vanilla cupcake) and top with cocoa almond butter.
On The Move
Loaded legends for the win when I'm on the go, great for a protein injection and they're only 190cals
Everyday Essential
I take a super multi vitamin every morning to ensure all my micronutrients are topped up
Workout Fuel
My workout fuel, or pre-workout fuel should I say, is Raze-Pump. Although I don't rely on this for every session it certainly improves my workout intensity when I take it on the days that I'm tired. Plus is it tastes unreal.
