Results in my first week
I ordered the two week weight loss pack and tried 3 different flavours - banana smooth, strawberries and cream and chocolate silk. Really not a fan of the chocolate one as it's a bit too sweet, not enough cocoa, but that's just personal preference. I absolutely adore the banana, it makes me think of a McDonald's banana shake, like an indulgent treat. I find that these shakes fill me up for about 3 hours, and so I have one at about 10am and one at about 2pm and that keeps me going until dinner. I am 1 week in and I already ordered more shakes - I wanted to give it a 2 week trial but I am already extremely impressed. I have lost 7lbs in my first week, and because I get to have whatever I want for dinner I haven't felt like in dieting at all. I am not new to shake meals, having been a consumer of Huel and Jimmy Joy shakes for around 8 years. These are the tastiest and most appetising shakes I have ever tried in terms of both flavour and texture. Thrilled with my purchase, will definitely be a regular customer.Will buy again
Received order quickly, I was wary that other shakes often leave the ‘gritty’ aftertaste, this one doesn’t, it’s creamy even when made with water, subtle taste but lovely, I ordered the white chocolate kinder. I will be ordering some different flavours to try next time as I went all in on one flavour, I should have halved the order with another, but I know for next time.Day 1 and impressed
Arrived so quick and really well packaged, looks like a premium product! Mixed really easily in the beaker with water using the ‘mixer ball’ and tasted nice! Feel satisfied and full after drinking so hoping to do 2 weeks. Also bought the Gut Love supplement to improve gut health. Will update in 2 weeks! Tricia- So far I tried chocolate silk, strawberries’n’cream and vanilla creme and they’re ok. I find the flavours nice but lacking so the shakes taste bland. They keep me full for maybe 2-3 hours tops so I’m mixing in chia seeds to not feel hungry so soon after. And while they’re claimed to have no added sugar, they still contain sweeteners. I’d rather have them sugar and sweeteners free and add a bit of honey instead. On a plus side they’re good before workouts because they don’t make me feel bloated or cramped. I’ve lost a few pounds over a course of three weeks but not a mind blowing amount (in combination with exercise not just shakes alone). Overall, the shakes are good but could be better. I think they’re more suitable for those who are not very physically active but want to cut calories and lose weight in a gentle way.

Ordered the bundle (14 days and a shaker). 3 flavours - chocolate silk, white bueno and strawberries and cream. Bueno is basically vanilla flavour. Strawberries and cream is nice. Haven’t tried chocolate silk. They don’t mix very well - quite grainy even in a blender. I’ve added peanut butter to the bueno one with a square of chocolate. Will try and get hold of the 0 calorie syrups to aid taste but if you want lovely tasting and smooth milkshakes, go to McDonald’s I guess
