I am currently on my 3rd order of these meal replacement shakes and they do what they say on the tin, i don't always use them at the weekend if i am out and busy but i use everyday at work i am on my 5th week so 15 day's and I've lost 12lb at a comfortable pace and i feel great for it. The shakes taste amazing either with milk or water i tend to use water, i work an 11 hour day and they keep me full and content until my body is ready to eat not just because it's time to eat and because of this it has helped me to stop snacking between meals. These are the best meal replacements I have used. They are very tasty and very satisfying. They keep me full for at 4/5 hours. I use milk with mine which does increase the calories but worth the extra. 10/10. Great value, great flavours, great service.
