Lumpy and doesn't dissolve
As titled. The whole bag is full of lumps. When you add it to water it doesn't dissolve at all. This is the flavourless one.Orange burst flavour isn't great
I was going to give 3 stars but that's not quite fair since the main product is creatine which I'm very happy with. I usually just buy unflavoured creatine but thought I'd try the flavoured one... Other reviews seemed to suggest it was tasting good but tbh I disagree, it's not awful but it tastes like a cheap orange squash mixed with creatine. Usually I just buy creatine and mix it in with squash anyway which tastes basically unnoticeable (probably because I mix it with 1ltr of squash or into a protein shake), whereas with this you can really taste the creatine. Overall I'd say this is less versatile as it is a fixed flavour so I can't add it to my salted caramel protein shake, which obviously I knew going in, but I also feel like the flavour doesn't stand up very well on its own. Not worth getting the flavoured ones imo, just get regular creatine which has been consistently high quality and reasonably priced. I'll be mixing this with orange squash moving forward meaning getting the flavoured one was pretty pointless but whatever10/10 couldn’t recommend enough
Was took back with the great flavour of this product. I bought the orange burst. Normally don’t get on with creatine flavours or the grainy feeling when drinking them. This product doesn’t have that and makes the drink smooth just tastes like you’re drinking dilute juice! It’s also the first creatine product I’ve owned where I’d feel just taking it dry with no water would be doable and enjoyable.Great and amazing
I'm really delighted with the Orange Burst that I picked up today. It tastes much better than I anticipated; it's smooth, refreshing, and perfectly sweet. After seeing some reviews I was apprehensive about choosing this flavour but was really surprised how nice the taste and texture was. Wasn’t overpowering at all and not gritty in the slightest. Definitely order again

Add to 150-200ml of chilled water in your Protein Works shaker. Shake well for 10 seconds and drink! We recommend taking 1-2 times daily.
Creatine is a compound made naturally by the body which is used as the primary form of energy for the muscles.
Many foods naturally contain creatine, such as tuna, salmon and beef. However, the creatine content in these foods is considered below the dosage recommended in studies that would bring about an improved performance such as an increase in strength.
When taking Creatine 360 - BLACK, try to consume as much water as possible. If you are not correctly hydrated, then Creatine 360 - BLACK will not be properly absorbed, resulting in poor results.
Some studies have shown that if you do choose to load, then it helps you reach muscle creatine saturation point much quicker than if you didn't go through loading phase. However, others would argue you don't need to do this and results can be achieved without it. Therefore we recommend you trial both and see which supplement protocol your body responds to best.
Powdered creatine is absorbed more rapidly by the bloodstream compared to that of a pill. Pills tend to have coatings on them so this slows down the absorption rate.
