I never write reviews. Got these free in my last order. My good I don’t know if it’s placebo or what but this stuff honestly has made recovery between sets and just feeling energy to do the bloody sets so much better. Will have to buy again. CrazyGives me a boost I never knew was possible!
I’ve really upped my cardio lately and take three of these little beauties before an intensive session. Today they got me through kettlebells, rowing, ski machine and a spin class with plenty of energy left for a walk home 2 miles afterwards. They help me too with tennis which I find harder without. I’m on a massive 2.5st weight loss programme at the moment so once I’m at my target goal, I’ll probably stop.Great fat loss!!

I will admit I was very sceptical about this at first. Before I had this I was using ON Standered pre-workout which is great. However, this stuff is even better, I took 2 around 20mins to 30mins before a workout, and my god it gave me such a kick, but it felt so much like a huge natural energy boost unlike what pre-workout gives you. Once I have finished my first bottle, I will absolutely by again!! Well done protein works!!
